About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, search engines, and other digital outlets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Operation: Manage and optimize digital marketing accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, Snap, and others.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Promotion and Data Analysis: Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and products.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and control CPA.
Iterative Optimization: Continuously test and refine marketing materials, including images, videos, landing pages (LP), and other content to enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target market needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital platforms and tools.
Experience in managing and optimizing accounts on social media platforms, search engines, and other digital channels.
Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance metrics.
Strong skills in content creation and iterative optimization of marketing materials.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Skills:
