As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and performance marketing with deep experience in lead generation, CDP optimization, and data-led campaign management. You will lead our digital performance engine, responsible for driving quality leads, reducing cost per acquisition, and optimizing campaign performance using first-party data, CDPs, and marketing analytics platforms.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and implement full-funnel paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Leverage CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, Tealium) to build predictive audiences and activate personalized campaigns.
- Utilize big data dashboards (e.g., GA4, BigQuery, Tableau) for optimization and budget allocation.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads accounts.
- Conduct A/B tests, build attribution models, and create nurturing journeys via CRM integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build high-converting landing pages and creatives.
- Plan and manage programmatic advertising campaigns through demand-side platforms (DSPs) targeting high-intent business leads.
- Activate and manage automated drip marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and retargeting platforms to nurture MQLs into SQLs.
To join our team, you will have:
- 5-8 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and data optimization.
- Proven success running campaigns in Real Estate, E-Commerce, Retail (hypermarkets/supermarkets), and Quick Commerce.
- Experience with CDP tools such as Segment, Tealium, or Salesforce CDP.
- Technical proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tableau/Power BI.
- Familiarity with Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
- Experience with programmatic ad platforms and audience buying strategies (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
- Hands-on experience with setting up automated marketing workflows and drip campaigns across channels.
- Any second language is desirable.
