Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Office 1703 Boulevard Plaza Tower 1 Dubai

Reports to: Head of Marketing

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing. This role requires expertise in digital strategy, lead generation, WordPress development, SEO, and data-driven campaign optimization to elevate our brand visibility and maximize conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, optimizing website performance, and leveraging innovative tools to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Lead Generation:

  1. Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive high-quality real estate leads.
  2. Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture forms using A/B testing to enhance conversion rates.
  3. Utilize audience segmentation, behavioral retargeting, and AI-powered ad optimizations for maximum campaign performance.
  4. Identify and explore new digital channels, programmatic advertising opportunities, and automation tools to scale lead generation.

Website & SEO Management:

  1. Manage, customize, and optimize WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor.
  2. Improve website performance, speed, and security, ensuring best practices for SEO and user experience (UX).
  3. Implement Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters for advanced analytics and campaign tracking.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

  1. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and cost-per-lead (CPL).
  2. Conduct regular performance audits and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  3. Generate detailed monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Email & CRM Marketing:

  1. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns and automation strategies (Mailchimp or similar).
  2. Integrate CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) with digital marketing tools for seamless sales funnel automation.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies:

  1. Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging emerging technologies like chatbots, interactive ads, and AI-powered marketing solutions.
  2. Experiment with new digital marketing tactics to improve customer engagement and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate digital marketing within the UAE.

Skills:

  1. Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  2. SEO strategies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
  3. WordPress (Elementor, HTML, CSS) and website performance optimization.
  4. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
  5. CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation tools.
  6. Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to digital marketing.
  8. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
