Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will drive our online presence, manage digital campaigns, and develop strategies to increase engagement and lead generation. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing in the education sector, with a knack for creating engaging content, analyzing campaign performance, and adapting strategies to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Strategy & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and SEO-friendly content (blogs, articles, videos, etc.) tailored to our target audience.
  3. SEO & SEM Management: Conduct keyword research, manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize ad spend for better search engine rankings and cost-effective PPC campaigns.
  4. Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a social media calendar, create and post relevant content, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.
  5. Email Marketing: Create targeted email marketing campaigns, track open and click-through rates, and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights.
  7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing tools to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.
  8. Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify opportunities for partnerships or collaborations with influencers, industry leaders, and other educational platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech or related industries.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.), social media platforms, and PPC ad management.
  4. Creative Skills: Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and design principles. Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and metrics, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  7. Adaptability: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
