Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer to join our team at Roshin Education Center. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in developing and executing marketing campaigns while creating compelling visual content to enhance our brand presence and attract prospective students. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for both marketing and design in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience to drive traffic and improve SEO rankings.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including designing newsletters and tracking performance.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Handle social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, tools, and strategies to enhance the institution’s online presence.
Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and email templates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with the institution's branding and messaging.
- Create engaging multimedia content such as videos, animations, and infographics for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms (e.g., web, mobile, and print).
- Manage and maintain a library of visual assets for future use.
- Work closely with academic and administrative teams to create materials for internal and external communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
- Exceptional creativity and design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the education industry is a plus.
