We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing strategies across multiple schools in the GCC. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketer to play a pivotal role in enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Paid Digital Media: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other key platforms in collaboration with our digital agency. Monitor campaign performance, ensuring key targets (Leads, Enquiries, Applications, ROAS, CPA) are met. Drive awareness and conversions for school recruitment events through targeted paid digital campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, implement A/B testing, and refresh content to maximise audience engagement.
  2. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Work closely with the website manager and digital agency to implement SEO strategies that enhance organic search visibility and website traffic.
  3. Marketing Coordination & Project Management: Oversee marketing projects, deadlines, and team workflows using Monday.com to ensure seamless execution. Manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and approval processes. Coordinate with schools, design, PR, social media, web, and digital teams to align marketing efforts and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  4. Marketing Reports & Analytics: Track weekly enquiries and applications, providing insights to the Head of Marketing and Admissions. Generate detailed termly marketing reports for each school, covering PR, web, digital, and social media performance.
  5. Newsletters & Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage school audiences. Segment audiences and personalise email communications to maximise engagement and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, preferably within education or a marketing agency.
  3. Proven track record in managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and collaborating with agencies.
  4. Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com).
  5. Strong ability to track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimise campaigns.
  6. Ability to work with designers and content creators to develop engaging digital assets.
  7. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong written and verbal English skills (Arabic is a plus).
  9. Willingness to travel within the UAE, and occasionally beyond, for school visits and events.
  10. Valid UAE driver's license and access to a car for school visits.
