We are looking for a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Perform keyword research and analysis to identify valuable search terms.
Optimize website content, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt texts.
Conduct on-page and technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
Google Ads (PPC):
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
Write compelling ad copy and develop ad creatives.
Set up and optimize ad groups, bids, and targeting settings.
Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance.
Social Media Ads:
Develop and implement paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for social media ads.
Utilize advanced targeting options to reach specific audience segments.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement, leads, and conversions.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media ad campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on key metrics, including traffic, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
Use insights from data analysis to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and refine marketing messaging and creative assets.
Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Stay Updated:
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Stay informed about changes in algorithms and advertising policies on major platforms.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
