Digital Marketing Executive – Social Media Specialist for www.izi.TRAVEL

Seeking a creative and result-driven professional to join our team at izi.TRAVEL. You shall singlehandedly manage and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our users, and drive traffic to our platform and help monetize. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about travel and has experience in digital marketing of travel-related services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop all social media platforms of izi.TRAVEL and manage social media accounts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
  2. Increase the number of Premium subscriptions and monetize audio tour guides.
  3. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, videos, and infographics.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media campaigns with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to optimize campaigns.
  6. Post new audio tour guides that are published on the platform.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovative campaigns.
  8. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active social media presence to increase the brand image.
  9. Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to inform strategy and content creation.
  10. Manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, ad creation, and targeting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Graduate and proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for travel.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  5. Ability to create and edit visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or get it done through freelancers.
  6. Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  7. Experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  8. Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  9. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Resident Location: Prefer resident in Sharjah/Dubai. If you have proven experience in working remotely and can carry out the job remotely, we can consider.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
