URGENT HIRING: In House Digital Marketer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management and marketing in REAL ESTATE DUBAI experience is a MUST.
2. Manage social media accounts, develop website maintenance, execute marketing campaigns, analyze and report performance metrics.
3. Create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
4. Plan and develop suitable social media strategies. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as graphics, flyers, and videos, including engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and changes to algorithms, and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Work with the team to develop and execute strategies, edit & write copies for marketing materials, including posts, emails, campaigns, social media posts, and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
7. Knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, and a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
8. Excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
