Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing efforts for a group of companies - aviation solutions, e-commerce, tourism and adventure, landscaping, real estate, calibration sales & new projects. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and a strong analytical background, capable of developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each sector, focusing on new project launches and brand awareness.
  2. Content Development: Create compelling content for websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns that resonate with target audiences in aviation, tourism, landscaping, real estate, and calibration sales.
  3. SEO and SEM: Optimize websites and campaigns for search engines to increase organic traffic and manage paid advertising strategies to drive conversions.
  4. Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong social media presence across relevant platforms, engaging with followers and promoting new projects and services.
  5. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote special offers related to new projects in tourism and adventure, real estate, and calibration sales.
  6. Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  7. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the aviation, e-commerce, tourism, landscaping, and real estate sectors to inform marketing strategies.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and project management teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to multiple sectors, including aviation solutions, real estate, tourism & adventure, and e-commerce.

Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  2. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  3. Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  4. Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM software.
