Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, search engines, and email campaigns.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) to maximize ROI.
- Create and design engaging content including images, videos, and infographics using graphic design software to support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics, traffic, and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to improve SEO and website performance.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to enhance online user experience and brand presence.
- Track and report campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to implement best practices.
- Manage company websites, ensuring regular updates and SEO optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain strong communication with the marketing team to ensure seamless coordination of all marketing efforts.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Advertising is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, WordPress CMS, and website management.
- Proven experience with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for ads and campaigns.
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across different platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and adjust campaigns as needed.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
