Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's services and properties in the media and real estate sectors. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
    • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  2. Content Creation:
    • Create engaging and informative content for the company's website, blog, social media, and other digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content that promotes the company's services and properties.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on social media platforms.
  4. SEO and SEM:
    • Perform ongoing keyword research and optimization for SEO.
    • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use various analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.
  6. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the media and real estate sectors.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the media and real estate sectors. Proven experience in managing SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. UAE experience in handling marketing campaigns for local audiences is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Expertise in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) for business marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Creative Skills: Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and graphic design for digital platforms. Ability to create engaging and informative content tailored to different audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies. Strong understanding of ROI, KPI metrics, and performance reporting.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of the UAE Market: Familiarity with UAE cultural preferences, media consumption habits, and real estate trends is an advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Ability to coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when necessary.
