Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will report to eCommerce Manager and involve managing various aspects of digital marketing, e-commerce, and website operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, digital advertising platforms, and the ability to craft and execute effective marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:
    Upload and manage products on Shopify, including updating features and ensuring an optimized user experience.
    Perform regular data management tasks and data entries for website upkeep.
  2. Campaign Management:
    Manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
    Monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make actionable, data-driven recommendations.
    Create and execute inclusive digital marketing strategies, leveraging multiple digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs.
    Collaborate with content, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  3. SEO and Website Optimization:
    Optimize website performance, focusing on organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rate improvement.
    Utilize UI/UX principles to enhance user experience and lead generation.
  4. Research and Analysis:
    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new opportunities for growth.
  5. Content and Creative Contributions:
    Assist with content writing and editing for email campaigns, blog posts, and social media.
    Collaborate on graphic design and content production to align with campaign goals.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Shopify and e-commerce operations.
  2. Experience in social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and content writing.
  3. Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and social media updates.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Experience with graphic design and content production.
  2. Familiarity with website CMS and marketing automation tools.
  3. Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
  4. Understanding of UI/UX design principles and website best practices.
  5. Certifications in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  7. Minimum 3 years experience in digital or content marketing, preferably in UAE.
  8. Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
  9. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
