JOB PURPOSE:
To plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts and promote marketing campaigns online. By leveraging digital channels like social media, email, and websites to promote a company’s products or services, boost brand awareness, and drive the promotion of products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. Should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. Need to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute creative designs for digital and print projects such as websites, social media posts (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials, as well as company corporate videos.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging guidelines across various platforms.
Work closely with the marketing, product, and other teams to understand project goals and provide innovative design solutions.
Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.).
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
Launch optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness.
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.
Design clean, modern, and effective layouts, graphics, and illustrations for different types of media.
Enhance and retouch photos, illustrations, and other images to meet project needs.
Review designs for errors before final delivery, ensuring quality control across all design projects.
Keep up to date with industry trends, design software, and new technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
Experience with web design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
