Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads for the credit card DSA channel.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Develop engaging content including blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns to attract and engage potential customers.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for maximum ROI.
Collaborate with the sales and compliance teams to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to regulatory standards.
Perform SEO/SEM activities to increase website traffic and visibility.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Manage CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads and track customer journeys.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services or credit card sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and analytics platforms).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Creative mindset with excellent content creation and communication skills.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in financial advertising is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
