Job description

Immaculate Training Services, is looking for a female Digital Marketer / SEO Specialist (Hybrid /Flexible timing) to join the team to support its marketing initiatives. This role will complement the Sales & Marketing Team.

Job Description:

The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's Training Programs. The candidate will focus on enhancing brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Conduct Website Audit and manage contents with relevant updates on regular basis with relevant Meta Tags/Description/Linking.
  • Create Concepts, Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against budgets and set KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Creating and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated yet customer-focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate the audience.
  • Expertise in Domain Handling.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and JavaScript development and constraints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
