Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding search engine optimization techniques to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Experience with managing social media accounts, creating content, and engaging with audiences on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
  • Email Marketing: Knowledge of email marketing strategies, including list building, segmentation, and crafting effective email campaigns.
  • PPC Advertising: Understanding pay-per-click advertising and experience with platforms like Google Ads or social media ads.
  • Branding: Ability to maintain and enhance brand identity across digital channels.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey messages clearly and effectively.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, SEMrush) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge can be beneficial.
  • Project Management: Skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and being flexible to adjust strategies as needed.
