Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a versatile E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital footprint and drive sales through innovative online strategies. This role combines skills in graphic design, social media management, and e-commerce optimization to boost our brand’s visibility and customer engagement.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Website Management: Upgrade and maintain our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
2. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement new strategies to drive sales across all digital platforms, including our website and online marketplaces like Amazon and Noon.
3. Product Listings: Regularly update and manage product listings on online marketplaces to keep offerings fresh and appealing.
4. Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for use in various digital marketing campaigns and for our social media platforms.
5. Social Media Oversight: Create and manage content across social media accounts to enhance brand presence and engage with a diverse audience.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing and sales data to refine strategies and report on ROI and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or uniform industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experienced with managing e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Wordpress and marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Creative and proactive in driving online sales and customer engagement.

Salary: From AED 2,500 per month, negotiable based on experience and skills.
