Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing cum Listing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels and be proficient in creating engaging content and executing marketing campaigns as well as will be responsible for creating and managing online listings of our products or services on various e-commerce platforms and websites.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  2. Write clear, concise, and compelling product descriptions to attract and engage potential customers.
  3. Execute weekly SMS marketing campaigns to reach our customer base with updates, offers, and promotions.
  4. Manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat, to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  5. Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and websites, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  6. Optimize product listings with relevant keywords and SEO best practices to improve search visibility and rankings.
  7. Send daily web notifications to keep customers informed about new arrivals, offers, and events.
  8. Encourage social check-ins, referrals, and the use of referral codes to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
  9. Implement weekly international marketing campaigns to target new audiences and expand our reach.
  10. Develop captivating content for social media posts, GMB, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract and retain the target audience.
  11. Produce two weekly YouTube videos showcasing our used car inventory, promotions, and customer experiences.
  12. Create and schedule 12 images posts with compelling content and relevant hashtags for various social media platforms.
  13. Upload product images and other visual content to complement the listings.
  14. Monitor and update product inventory levels to ensure timely availability and prevent overselling.
  15. Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and pricing strategies.
  16. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align product listings with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  17. Monitor customer reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns related to product listings.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  2. Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  3. Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms.
  4. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising techniques.
  5. Proven experience as a Listing Executive, E-commerce Specialist, or similar role.
  6. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and listing tools (e.g., dubizzle, dubbycars, etc.).
  7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and content creation.
  8. Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
  9. Prior experience in the car industry or e-commerce industry is an added advantage.
