Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Ad Expert to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and have a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. This role also requires knowledge and experience in digital marketing project coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor PPC campaigns across multiple channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights to increase conversions.
- Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to create high-impact ad visuals and copy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in PPC and paid media.
- Produce reports for management on the performance of campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns and SEO projects.
- Test different ad elements to optimize performance and scale successful ads.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Experience with budget management and reporting.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
