Responsibilities and Duties: Strategic Digital Marketing & Website Optimization
Develop customized sales-focused digital marketing strategies for Biz Easy and clients.
Oversee website performance ensuring high-speed optimization, user engagement, and lead conversion.
Guide businesses on website improvement strategies to enhance customer acquisition.
Sales & Business Development Through Digital Marketing
Identify and generate new business opportunities through digital marketing initiatives.
Engage with potential clients, pitch digital marketing solutions, and close sales.
Develop sales-driven lead generation and digital marketing strategies to help clients grow their revenue.
Work with the business development team to align marketing strategies with revenue targets.
Google Ads & Performance Marketing
Lead budgets of Google Ads campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
Continuously optimize PPC strategies for higher sales and ROI.
Client Relationship Management & Consulting
Act as a primary consultant for clients offering tailored digital marketing solutions.
Maintain strong communication and engagement with clients to understand their sales goals.
Provide consultation on digital marketing investments that maximize sales and brand growth.
Content Strategy & Blogs
Guide clients on high-quality content marketing strategies that drive traffic and leads.
Develop blog content plans and SEO-driven article topics that align with sales objectives.
Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar.
Create and manage engaging content including blogs, social media posts, infographics, and email campaigns.
Brand Building
Strengthen the company’s digital presence and reputation through innovative marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Collaborate with IT teams on technical projects and website enhancements.
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and the internal graphic designer.
Analytics & Performance Insights
Evaluate marketing performance metrics focusing on sales growth and digital ROI.
Provide actionable insights to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Training & Digital Marketing Workshops

Qualifications & Skills:
