Digital Marketing Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to support its digital initiatives across CRM, social media, and digital for our client. The ideal candidate will act as the coordination bridge between internal teams and external vendors/agencies, ensuring smooth execution of Marketing Cloud Journey implementation, content workflows, and event-related landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Cloud Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact with vendors managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journeys.
• Ensure journeys are tailored for real estate audiences.
• Oversee quality assurance of journey logic, triggers, and audience segmentation.

Social Media & Content Coordination:

• Liaise with Modon Properties social media agency to ensure timely delivery and alignment of content calendars.
• Review and coordinate to get approval on content assets, captions, and platform-specific creatives.
• Monitor and flag engagement trends, and coordinate community management responses where needed.

Landing Pages & Event Tech:

• Use drag-and-drop tools like Instapage to build landing pages for digital campaigns, lead generation, or gated content.
• Support setup and management of digital event platforms like Samaaro for property launches, broker briefings, or virtual showcases.

• Key Requirements:
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (real estate background is a plus).
• Familiarity with Instapage or other no-code/low-code landing page builders.
• Understanding of social media workflows, content approvals, and platform coordination.
• Hands-on experience with digital event platforms such as Samaaro.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
