Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing and SEO Expert at Quick Action. As a Digital Marketing and SEO Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and managing digital marketing strategies, optimizing websites for search engines, analyzing web analytics data, and executing online marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for managing social media marketing efforts and maintaining effective communication channels.

Responsibilities

  1. Build plans and implement the overall Performance Marketing & media roadmap to our clients.
  2. Build, implement, and manage industry-leading and winning Acquisition & Performance Media Strategy to our clients.
  3. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong ROAS.
  4. Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
  5. Working closely with the creative team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  6. Manage and oversee different digital media channels.
  7. Measure ROI and KPIs.
  8. Prepare and manage digital media budget.
  9. Incorporate SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and optimizing website content to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  10. Track SEO performance and adjust campaigns based on Google Analytics and search engine insights to maximize effectiveness.
  11. Anticipate sales performance trends.
  12. Organize and lead the Performance media team.
  13. Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
  14. Any other tasks (in the same field) that may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  1. 5 years of experience as a Performance Digital Marketing expert for e-commerce business or in a Digital Performance Agency.
  2. 5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  3. In-depth knowledge of different digital media channels.
  4. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  5. 3 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media.
  6. Proven track record of managing SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and content optimization to enhance organic search results and website visibility.
  7. Familiarity with SEO analytics tools, such as SEMrush or Ahrefs, to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  10. Good time-management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  11. Strong team management & leadership skills, with experience in leading digital marketing or SEO teams.
  12. Great interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying complex SEO concepts to a non-technical audience.
