About the Role:

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist is a key role at Liquidity for a data-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics. If you have a passion for leveraging data to optimize marketing campaigns and drive measurable results, your expertise spans across various digital marketing channels, and you have a keen eye for interpreting data to derive actionable insights- you might be the one for us:).

This role is central to our digital marketing efforts, combining the responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Specialist with those of a Marketing Analytics expert.

Based in our Abu Dhabi office, you'll play a vital role in managing our digital presence, optimizing our marketing campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to inform our overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools to gather insights on user behaviour and campaign effectiveness
  • Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across all platforms
  • Manage and coordinate with digital and social media agencies to ensure alignment with Liquidity's marketing objectives and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure digital content is optimised for performance across all platforms
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve marketing performance
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches as appropriate
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts across all channels

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on analytics
  • Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics, CRM tools and data analytics platforms
  • Proficiency across all major social media platforms and paid advertising tools (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Google Ads)
  • Proficiency in social media management and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads)
  • Experience in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
  • Strong data visualization skills and ability to present complex data in an understandable format
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in the financial services or fintech industry- An advantage
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies-An advantage
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications-An advantage
