About the Role:
The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist is a key role at Liquidity for a data-driven marketing professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics. This role is central to our digital marketing efforts, combining the responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Specialist with those of a Marketing Analytics expert.
Based in our Abu Dhabi office, you'll play a vital role in managing our digital presence, optimizing our marketing campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to inform our overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.
2. Manage and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to measure campaign performance and ROI.
4. Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
5. Knowledge of marketing analytics tools to gather insights on user behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
6. Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across all platforms.
7. Manage and coordinate with digital and social media agencies to ensure alignment with Liquidity's marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
8. Collaborate with content creators to ensure digital content is optimised for performance across all platforms.
9. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.
10. Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve marketing performance.
11. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new approaches as appropriate.
12. Work closely with other team members to ensure integrated marketing efforts across all channels.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a strong focus on analytics.
2. Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
3. Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics, CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
4. Proficiency across all major social media platforms and paid advertising tools (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Google Ads).
5. Proficiency in social media management and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
6. Experience in managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
7. Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
8. Strong data visualization skills and ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
9. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
11. Experience in the financial services or fintech industry - An advantage.
12. Experience with CRM systems and lead nurturing strategies - An advantage.
13. Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications - An advantage.
