Digital Manager

Candidates must have 15+ years’ experience in Digital Engineering, with proven experience in Leading and Managing the Digital Engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team in projects.
• Develop and implement digital engineering strategies.
• Oversee the design and implementation of remote monitoring and control systems.
• Ensure projects are delivered to high standards and within deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive innovation and digital solutions.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Integrate AI industrial solutions into engineering processes and projects.
• Design and implement control rooms and, ideally, Integrated Operations Centers (IOCs).
