Job description

The Digital L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing capability development initiatives and training programs that drive business outcomes and professional growth and performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative digital learning practices, employee development, a deep understanding of blended learning & adult learning principles, and the ability to create practical solutions for business units engaging learning experiences using technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Development: Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to business needs.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
  • Facilitation & Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Design & Implement: Develop and implement an integrated technology plan that is user-friendly, scalable, and follows best practices.
  • Content Creation: Develop training materials, resources, manuals, and interactive learning tools.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and track/report on training completion rates and effectiveness.
  • Performance Support: Work closely with managers to implement in-house training programs and business solutions.
  • Evaluation & Reporting: Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvements.
  • Compliance & Soft Skills Training: Ensure compliance training is up-to-date and facilitate leadership and employee development programs.
  • Support: Provide support for LinkedIn Learning, Culture Amp initiatives, and L&D projects as required.
  • Multimedia Content: Develop multimedia content and solutions for communications, branding, and marketing.

Others:

  • Organize in-house events and team-building activities: Plan, organize, and execute in-house events such as employee recognition events, town halls, and other team-building activities to foster engagement and collaboration across the organization.
  • Support Transformation: Assist in transformation and change management through continuous improvement, innovation, and automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Technical Certifications relevant to the role of Trainer/Facilitator accreditation being highly advantageous.

Additional Information:

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in training or L&D.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking and its implementation in learning module creation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in e-learning development and delivery is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on training effectiveness.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • A strong focus on quality and customer service.
