Digital Health Strategy Consultant

Responsibilities

1. Client Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and pain points, conducting thorough assessments to tailor solutions that align with clients' specific healthcare challenges and objectives.
2. Collaborative Proposals: Lead to develop comprehensive proposals that outline tailored solutions, implementation plans, and pricing models, effectively addressing clients' needs and concerns.
3. Solution Customization: Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to customize healthcare solutions, proposing configurations that address clients' unique needs.
4. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape within the healthcare industry, identifying strengths and weaknesses of available offerings.
5. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from interactions with clients and contribute insights to the product development team for continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring our solutions remain aligned with industry trends and client needs.
6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral, presentations, and demonstration materials that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
7. Market Insights: Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, sharing valuable insights with the sales and product teams to drive informed decision-making.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with ADHDS’ Information Security policies and adhere to Malaffi’s Ethics and Compliance policies.
9. Reporting: Report any information security-related issues, incidents, and violations through the established procedures.
10. Training: Attend Information Security Awareness sessions and complete the regular IT security awareness training.

Qualifications

1. 10+ years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry or consulting.
2. Proven track record of successfully engaging with clients and delivering solutions that address their healthcare challenges.
3. Ability to work independently and be proactive in identifying opportunities and recommending solutions.
4. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, understand complex healthcare issues, and propose suitable solutions.
6. Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
7. Self-starter and comfortable with extreme ambiguity.
