We need a versatile, experienced Digital Content Strategy Manager who can develop a content strategy that prioritizes customer needs, user experience, and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Working understanding of technical SEO and how it impacts the content strategy.
  • Understanding the connection between content, delivery technologies, and design.
  • Understand key customer journeys associated with brands and leverage data insights when defining content strategies.
  • Knowledge about content component modeling and ability to work with UI/UX designers to make improvements and suggest existing/new modules.
  • Gather current messaging and style guide assets and/or help create and define assets for key messaging to initiate and implement content strategy.
  • Excellent understanding of information architecture, page content hierarchy, and taxonomy.
  • Defining and descoping campaign briefs, content inputs, new projects for the copy and publishing teams.
  • Develop content strategy that prioritizes customer needs, user experience, and business goals.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ideas for how generative AI can optimize content delivery at scale.
  • Be the leading voice for the content strategy by facilitating brainstorming workshops with the client.
  • Ability to take a client-provided creative campaign brief and plan the cross-channel content execution for web, app, SAS, and CRM.
  • Ability to lead teams of content creators and publishers to deliver on a creative brief.
  • Interview stakeholders to define content and messaging goals and success metrics for each product launch or campaign.
  • Ability to collaborate with extended teams and build stakeholder relationships that positively impact & influence business goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent English and Arabic writing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe, WordPress, Magento, and Shopify, as well as digital, social media, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity; may be asked to train-up on specific client technologies.
  • Strong presentation and interviewing skills.
  • Strong organization and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Managerial and team lead experience leading teams of writers and publishers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder/client management skills.
  • Effectively manage work allocations and coordinate with the publishing team lead to ensure priorities are met.
  • Creative and collaborative engagement style.
  • Beginner to intermediate knowledge of generative AI tools and practices.
  • Ability to manage and monitor teams' work, coach and mentor writers where needed.
  • Ability to identify, plan, and manage content requirements end-to-end on projects.
  • Ability to create content directly in PowerPoint slide templates and make content fit elegantly into established slide designs for executive reports and presentations.
  • Working knowledge of UI/UX collaboration tools like Zeplin and Figma is a plus.
