We research trends in our clients' markets to understand their most urgent user experience pain points and present them with a complete solution that makes strategic sense. Think about high profile customers such as Dubai Holding selling user experience across the group or redesigning apps for DAMAN insurance, one of the largest insurance companies.

For this, we are looking for an effective strategic communicator to join our pre-sales team. This is not a role for someone who would prefer fitting customers into pre-defined solution packages; we would like you to deeply understand the customer segment and make our offering relevant to their business needs.

What you will be doing

1. Digging deep into various types of businesses, understanding how they work and uncovering the challenges they face especially from a user experience standpoint.
2. Reaching out and connecting with the customers you want to work with.

What you will not be doing

1. Wasting time finding good leads - you will have a team to support you in doing research.
2. Cookie cutter sales; this is not a shotgun sales role.
3. Selling outdated services - you will be pitching Prototype's unique value proposition that has little competition in the market.
4. Traveling or commuting - this is a fully-remote, work-from-anywhere position.
