You will become the trusted advisor to our Country and Account Leads on “all things Digital”, and are expected to drive the conversation with counterpart digital experts at account level.The ideal candidate has a customer centric attitude, is able to set a clear vision and goals for an outstanding customer & partner experience, is adept at simplifying the complex, and collaborating across a highly matrixed organization.This high-impact role requires a highly motivated and experienced digital expert, with great attention to detail who is able to collaborate with multiple teams to deliver to deadlines. The successful individual will be a natural team player, have a strategic mentality, strong project management and analytical skills. Deep industry knowledge of the golden standards in digital channel functionality, tools and KPIs is critical for the role.

The Digital Business Development Manager will be working as part of a core cross functional team, helping define the future of how customers learn about and purchase Apple products via our channel partners.Help shape ground-breaking and customer-centric experiences that take into account global industry trends, consumer behaviour, and Apple core values.Become the “Digital trusted advisor” and go-to person for marketing, sales finance and sales teams in MEADevelop a deep understanding of industry trends as well as competitive threats and opportunities relevant for business performanceMaximise the performance of digital channel business across defined MEA accounts.Manage customer workshops to inspire best in class Digital CX practices, scope out potential, and create strategic alignment on execution. Ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders have buy-in and are part of the process.In close collaboration with our central teams, develop the digital playbook across MEA pure player and omnichannel defined accounts, and regularly report on progress to executive leaders.Provide executives with business reporting and insights on a regular cadence and ad-hocTest and optimise ideas, form hypotheses to analysis - synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and business cases to help implement change.Build a library of digital best practices in MEA to enable knowledge sharing across the wider organisation
