Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Analyst with a span of experience covering Web, Apps, and developing Enterprise Systems. You will play a key role in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and the design of workflows for enterprise systems. With an eye for detail, you will translate these into UI/UX requirements to enhance Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) development – ensuring an overall sleek Customer Journey – whether a web, app, retail, B2B or ES application. You will leverage your technical understanding to back-end design, integration, and content management systems (CMS). You will also have a strong understanding of ERP/back-office systems and will be working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Business Process & System Design

1. Business Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering: Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for consumer or B2B apps.
2. Workflow Design for Enterprise Applications: Design, optimize, and document workflows for business systems, ensuring smooth integration across platforms like ERP, AI, and analytics systems.
3. Systems Development: Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into enterprise system designs for web, mobile, and internal applications.
4. Back-Office Integration: Provide support and expertise in integrating back-office systems like ERP with enterprise applications, focusing on operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.
5. AI and Automation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data analytics to improve business process efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
6. Property Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with systems like NOC, Ejari, or RERA integration is a plus, especially for real estate systems and regulatory compliance.
7. Change Request Administration: Manage and document IT change requests, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and adherence to timelines.

Reporting & Analytics

1. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and guide decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Qualification

Any business analyst course/training would be beneficial.

Technical Skills:

1. ERP & Back-Office Systems: Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., for finance, operations, revenue management) and their integration with front-end applications.
2. AI & Analytics: Knowledge of AI technologies and the ability to integrate AI-based solutions and predictive analytics into business workflows.
3. Reporting & Data Tools: Experience in designing reporting tools and creating dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
4. Efficient Project and Task Management skills.
5. Excellent organizational skills.

IT Skills

1. Reporting Tools: Proficiency in BI tools, analytics platforms, and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
2. AI & Automation Tools: Familiarity with AI platforms, machine learning, and process automation tools.
3. Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Project Management or Collaboration tools like Microsoft Projects, Monday, Asana, or ClickUp.
5. Interpersonal awareness.

7. Creativity & Innovation.

Other Aspects

1. 5 years or more experience in a similar role, in an IT Department, IT Company, or Management Consulting.
2. Experience in the Property Development sector is beneficial or IT Companies.
3. Driving License and own car is preferred.
4. Excellent English is mandatory.
5. We have offshore teams in India and Egypt; any abilities to communicate natively in those languages is beneficial but not mandatory.
