What You Will Do:
As a Digital & Automation Marketing Manager, you will play the role of Project Manager & Business Analyst Consultant, balancing a passion for big-picture systemic thinking with a keen eye for details. In this role, you will primarily use your understanding and expertise in recruiting, user experience, marketing, and advertising to assist in recruitment initiatives with your various assigned clients.
As part of our team, you will work with Practice Leaders, Senior Managers, and other Marketing Consultants by strategizing recruitment solutions through technology and communication to bring thoughtfully crafted digital compositions, marketing collateral, and webpages to life. You will be expected to develop process maps, UX/UI flow charts, run data reports, create data visualizations, utilize our CRM products (Zoho CRM), effectively manage client workload, and coordinate all client deliverables. Additionally, you will use different tools and programs to develop dashboards, visual systems, surveys, in-depth interviews, components, webpages, and interactions for various clients—all for the end goal of recruiting in the public sector.
Core Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining design wireframes and specifications for recruitment processes/systems.
- Collaborating with visual designers and creative directors to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the end product.
- Designing websites, interfaces, and full stack recruitment processes.
- Communicating screen designs, interaction models, end-to-end experiences, and the target audience to other members of the project team.
- Considering the human-computer interface element of a design.
- Comparing the user experience of existing applications and working to design better alternatives based on outcomes.
- Developing communication plans and user experience SMS/email/video campaigns.
- Statistical and data-focused research report design, dashboard design.
- Conducting market research surveys, 1-on-1 interviews, and other methods in conjunction with larger research teams.
- Designing, implementing, and analyzing marketing campaigns and overall performance of all client campaigns in a digital space.
- Building connection experiences with prospective candidates through innovative digital interaction.
- Using the Qualtrics platform to design, develop, maintain, and produce effective interfaces and dashboards for retention and recruitment outcomes.
Client Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing, presenting, and leading client meetings with action-driven outcomes.
- Keeping track of and understanding all client-focused deliverables and collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Organizing and managing budgets related to digital marketing campaigns and other day-to-day project tracking initiatives.
- Understanding the services and products that AST offers and being able to cross-promote and explain what each of these services are to clients.
- Launching and managing/tracking live digital campaigns as it aligns with client contracts.
- Presenting and preparing reports related to marketing/digital campaign status to clients and recommending further direction for campaign success.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- A sharp strategic consultative mind that seeks collaborative solutions.
- Some experience with Webflow, WordPress, or another website platform.
- Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS.
- Ability to work and collaborate with minimal direction.
- Understanding of marketing, advertising, and design systems.
- Experience in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Canva, and/or Figma.
- Fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Excitement in what you do and a desire for growth.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), Master's degree or higher in engineering, marketing, management, social science, STEM fields, advertising, or other related field.
- Experience with client work and other project management roles.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zapier, JavaScript, React, Deluge, or Python.
- UX/UI experience related to wireframing and mapping websites.
- Ability to present work to clients.
- Ability to lead meetings with various clients and stakeholders.
- Ad design, video, or motion graphic experience.
