Job description

Job Title: Product Manager for Digital Assets

What you do:

  • Monitor and coordinate market and industry trends and activities, benchmark solutions to research, assess and develop new concepts, ideas contributing to an asset evolution and to identify best practices for Digital Asset(s).
  • Take the end-to-end ownership for building POCs, business models, business cases, business roadmap and plans to drive the assets business performance, utilization and monetization opportunities within Allianz Partners group and beyond whether as a standalone Digital Asset(s) or integrated part of the e-health ecosystem.
  • Map and align with omni-channel objectives to design customer-centric journeys, conceptualize conversational flows and first-class experience of the Digital Asset(s) without compromising on delivery timelines and qualitative outcome.
  • Translate the needs of a whole business unit into tangible solutions with a remarkable understanding of cost efficiency with high-quality assurance working in agile environment.
  • Manage relationships with other departments and business units within Allianz Partners group and beyond by being an ambassador of the Digital Asset(s).
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner(s), Delivery Lead(s), and follow plans from Product Manager(s) for Digital Assets and Digital Services in alignment with the corporate and departmental strategy; and lead prioritization of tasks aligned with OKRs & departmental goals.
  • Support in creating and executing go-to-market plans, set business performance criteria and KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance reports and customer feedback to identify key findings and make recommendations for further improvement of Digital Asset(s).

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role.
  • Holds a university degree in Business Administration (or similar).
  • Demonstrated launching and scaling of digital products or UX/product transformation.
  • Delivered & optimized campaigns based on behavioral data and customer profile data.
  • Understanding of analytics, AI (NLP, LLM, ML or Prompt Engineering) and data science.
  • Understanding of the digital health ecosystems and the insurance sector.
  • Legally permitted to work in the country of operations (UAE).
  • Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
  • Worked in agile environment and scrum methodology.

  • Strong to-do attitude with understanding of responsibility and accountability for end-to-end delivery with ability to influence cross-functional teams via diplomacy and tact.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented and a hands-on working mindset.
  • Strong analytics and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong customer orientation and business development focus, orientation towards innovations, and global industry trends.
