Digital Architect

We are seeking an experienced Digital Architect with 15+ years of experience in designing and implementing digital architectures that enhance the overall user experience, streamline IT operations, and integrate with various enterprise tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital transformation initiatives, with a focus on integrating platforms such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and ServiceNow. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align digital architecture with business goals and ensure a seamless digital experience for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect and Design Digital Solutions:
   • Lead the design and architecture of digital frameworks that integrate tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and ServiceNow.
   • Ensure that the digital architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance, focusing on delivering a superior digital experience to end users.
2. Technology Evaluation and Selection:
   • Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with the organization's digital strategy, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration across the digital ecosystem.
   • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to incorporate innovative solutions that enhance the digital architecture.
3. Integration Management:
   • Oversee the integration of various platforms, including monitoring tools, service management systems, and AI-driven automation, to create a unified digital environment.
   • Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect, AI and Automation Architect, and platform-specific experts to ensure smooth and effective integrations.
4. User Experience Optimization:
   • Focus on enhancing the digital experience for end users by ensuring that the architecture supports proactive monitoring, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
   • Leverage insights from digital experience tools like Nexthink to identify and address issues affecting user experience.
   • Provide architectural oversight, ensuring that all components are integrated properly and adhere to best practices and industry standards.
   • Ensure that the architecture is designed for scalability, security, and optimal performance, considering future growth and technological advancements.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Act as a bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring that the digital strategy is communicated effectively and that all teams are aligned.
   • Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and ensure that the digital architecture supports business objectives.
6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
   • Continuously evaluate the digital architecture, identifying opportunities for improvement and incorporating new technologies and best practices.
   • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and digital transformation through innovative architectural solutions.
7. Security and Compliance:
   • Ensure that the digital architecture adheres to organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
   • Implement security best practices across the digital environment, particularly in the integration of various tools and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in digital architecture, design, and implementation.
2. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital experience platforms, including SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink, and ServiceNow.
3. Architecture and Design: Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale digital architectures in enterprise environments.
4. Integration Skills: Extensive experience in integrating diverse IT tools and platforms to create a cohesive and unified digital environment.
5. User Experience Focus: Strong focus on optimizing the digital experience for end users, with experience leveraging digital experience monitoring tools.
6. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Certifications: Relevant certifications in digital architecture, cloud architecture, or related fields are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with cloud-native digital platforms and their integration with enterprise systems.
2. Familiarity with AI and automation tools and their role in enhancing digital architecture.
3. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in developing custom integrations.
