Our Dubai location positions us in a still growing market at the hub of business in the northern hemisphere with a client base operating in more than 15 countries across the Middle East, Europe, the Sub Continent and Asia. Our offerings include every aspect of communications, advertising and marketing in traditional and new media formats. We are currently looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager to work from our Dubai office. Reporting to the Head of Gulf Marketing Research & Ebusiness, your main role will be to be the day-to-day point of contact between the agency and key client personnel, proactively manage client's Digital and Online requirements and efficiently manage internal relationships. You will also deliver an efficient and effective service with a distinct focus on quality and achieving objectives and meet key performance goals in respect of account profitability and development.
Responsibilities of the role will be:
Provide day-to-day contact with key client personnel, developing and maintaining a close and productive relationship.
Identify and deal with problems as they arise, involving the Line Manager when needed.
Ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and that expectations are managed in terms of speed, delivery and quality.
Ensure client requests are developed into relevant internal briefs using specified company documentation and procedures.
Manage all jobs to ensure they are scheduled on time, to budget and appropriately monitored.
Ensure contact reports of key meetings and telephone conversations are issued within 24 - 48 hours.
Ensure regular work in progress and status reports are issued and distributed.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Educated to graduate level or equivalent.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Must have either Project Management or Assistant Project Management experience in creation of websites/microsites/multimedia projects and innovative integrated online campaigns (1-2 years).
Minimum Experience:
At least 3 years' experience in an interactive design agency or multimedia environment in an equivalent position.
Job-Specific Skills:
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Have a background in Information Technology or Digital Media and Multimedia Industry.
Knowledge of online and programming technology and terminology.
Previous experience of implementing SEO, SEM, Social Media Strategies, Integrated web campaign, online games, promotions, mobile apps, etc. (1-2 years).
Continuous learning and keep up with new online media trends and sharing of knowledge with the team.
