OnTime Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable DHA Assistant Nurse to join our Homecare team for Doctor On Time. In this vital role, you will assist in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing while providing support to the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in providing patient care including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and medication reminders.
• Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Help patients with daily living activities and ensure their safety and comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and health practices.
• Adhere to established infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and families to foster a supportive care environment.

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse.
• Experience in home healthcare or similar nursing environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
