Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain processes for capturing, storing, and analysing client data to improve customer segmentation and personalization.
2. Train and support team members on CRM best practices, data entry procedures, and system functionalities.
3. Continuously optimize CRM workflows and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
4. Implement data hygiene practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
5. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into client behaviour, document status, and customer communication.
6. Manage customers of multiple projects that are ready/off-plan.
7. Ensure constant communication with the customers by the Relationship Managers.
8. Process formulation & drive related KPI improvement (for CRM & customer-facing functions) usage of Visio, Execute PDCA.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
3. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

5. Knowledge of real estate industry trends and regulations.
