Job Description: Mid-Senior DevOps Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior DevOps professional with over 8 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in DevOps practices and be adept at driving design projects with a user-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to launch, ensuring best-in-class user-centered wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes that align with research insights, business goals, and usability studies.
2. User Advocacy: Act as a strong advocate for the customer, adhering to and promoting user-centered design principles throughout the design lifecycle.
3. Design Creation: Develop comprehensive flow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
4. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather data-driven insights and incorporate findings into design improvements for enhanced user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience of 8+ years in DevOps with a strong focus on user-centered design and project leadership.
2. Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools.
3. Strong understanding of usability principles and experience conducting user research and testing.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective design solutions.
5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
