We are seeking skilled and experienced DevOps Engineers to build and maintain the infrastructure that enables Smarter AI cameras. This includes designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that enable our cameras to function properly, as well as the systems that support the data generated by our cameras.

Our DevOps Engineers will work closely with our software engineering and computer vision teams to ensure that our infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure. In addition, our DevOps Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure meets all necessary third-party security certifications.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure that supports Smarter AI cameras.
2. Collaborate with Smarter AI software engineering and computer vision teams to ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.
3. Participate in our security certification process, including preparing documentation and coordinating with certification bodies.
4. Monitor and optimize the performance of Smarter AI infrastructure.
5. Develop and implement processes and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in DevOps engineering.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years DevOps experience for a camera, IoT, or telephony product including 24x7 running and monitoring of production services.
2. Experience leading the build and deployment of complex and performant (reliable and scalable) software solutions in production.
3. Thorough knowledge of:
1. Cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP.
2. Communication fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
3. Cyber security and cryptography.
4. Containerization technologies including Kubernetes, Docker.
5. Monitoring frameworks such as Datadog, Grafana.
6. Network administration.
7. Scripting languages e.g. Python or JavaScript.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
5. SRE experience is a plus.
6. Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection is a plus.
