Development Director

We are seeking a Development Director to lead real estate strategy and drive high-profile development projects across the Middle East. This role focuses on identifying and delivering profitable projects while integrating sustainability practices and innovative building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute real estate development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
2. Oversee feasibility studies, market research, and financial performance for large-scale projects.
3. Manage project budgets, cash flow, and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design, quality, and ESG compliance.
5. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Ideal Profile:

1. 15+ years of experience in project management and real estate development, with a strong track record in delivering high-profile projects in the Middle East.
2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
3. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen.
4. Candidates should be coming from master developers.
