Key Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Manage Office 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
4. Assist with Windows 11 migration and data transfer.
5. Travel to various branches for IT support.
6. Maintain IT security standards and ensure seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Experience: Proven IT support experience, field engineering is a plus!
3. Skills: Familiarity with Office 365, domain management, and Windows OS.
