Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage Office 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
• Assist with Windows 11 migration and data transfer.
• Travel to various branches for IT support.
• Maintain IT security standards and ensure seamless operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: Proven IT support experience; field engineering is a plus!
• Skills: Familiarity with Office 365, domain management, and Windows OS.
