Designer (Fashion & Graphic Design)

We are looking for a talented and creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll work on a wide variety of projects, including fashion & accessories design, product and packaging development, display concepts, photography/videography, and graphic/print design. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, proficiency in design software, and a flair for innovative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fashion & Accessories Design:
   • Design winter and summer sportswear and apply logos to gear and products.
   • Create logo appliques for branded caps and accessories.
   • Design swimwear and integrate logos into swimming gear and related products.
2. Product & Packaging Development:
   • Design souvenirs such as fridge magnets, key rings, tote bags, pens, and notebooks.
   • Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
3. Display Concept Development:
   • Create mock-ups for store window and product displays.
4. Photography & Videography:
   • Capture high-quality photos and videos for products and events.
   • Edit visuals to ensure consistency with brand standards.
5. Graphics & Print Development:
   • Design graphics for print and packaging, ensuring they are on-brand and visually engaging.
   • Develop promotional collateral for various product categories.
6. Design Development:
   • Collaborate with teams to understand design requirements for sportswear and clothing.
   • Develop trend-driven designs that blend fashion and graphic elements, ensuring alignment with the brand.
7. Textile & Material Selection:
   • Stay current on trends in fabrics and materials suitable for sportswear.
   • Work with material sourcing teams to select fabrics that support the design vision.
8. Graphic Design:
   • Create graphic elements for sports products, clothing, and promotional materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Design Software Proficiency:
   • Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
   • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Canva is a plus.
   • Experience with video/photo editing tools is advantageous.
2. Core Design Skills:
   • Strong understanding of brand identity and logo design.
   • Expertise in typography, color theory, and composition.
   • Ability to create technical drawings and high-quality mockups.
3. Team Collaboration:
   • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams, including marketing and product.
   • Flexibility to contribute creatively across different design disciplines.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in fashion and graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
