Designer (AutoCAD and 3Ds Max)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer proficient in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural or interior design and be able to create detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings.

Responsibilities

1. Create detailed architectural and interior design plans using AutoCAD.
2. Produce high-quality 3D models and renderings using 3Ds Max.
3. Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
4. Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback and client requirements.
5. Ensure accuracy and quality of all design work.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends and software advancements.
7. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of projects.
8. Collaborate with team members to develop design concepts and solutions.
9. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
10. Meet project deadlines and ensure designs meet quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3Ds Max.
3. Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Prior experience working on residential or commercial projects is a plus.
