Motion Graphics Designer

Job Purpose: To produce premium aesthetic designs as well as motion graphics in the type of video as well as computer animation style outcomes for the Style sustaining tasks that need delightful components of activity that will certainly be provided to the Team Digital Group in a Cross Practical way.

Function Specification:

1. Layout Thinking, Creative results, and experience of industry standard software application such as Adobe collection.
2. Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design, Video production or comparable.
3. Understanding of online web content layouts and libraries for use.
4. 3 years' experience in motion graphics/ Web/ Video design.
5. Impressive and diverse design portfolio.
6. Inherent knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Vegas or similar production software.
7. Experience creating assets and markup for web -- HTML 5 + CSS3.
8. Experience of animating characters in After Effects to output to Lottie for use on web or in app.
9. Video production knowledge of techniques.
10. Awareness of accessibility of color and typography.
11. Creating promoting keynotes or PowerPoints.
12. Sketching and drawing skills.
13. 3D and Visualization skills using Cinema 4D or similar.
14. Knowledge of Bit effect systems and physics generation in video.
15. Understanding of enhancing video for consumption -- quality vs compression.
16. Capability to bring personality to video and animation of elements.
17. Knowledge of Production tools such as Microphones, Camera and Image cameras a plus.
18. Knowledge of shooting methods.
19. Essential reasoning, ability to take objections well and offer positive critiques.
20. Have a great outgoing personality with a passion for work and a 'can do' attitude.
