Due to new projects, a Hotel developer in Dubai is currently recruiting for a Design Manager/Senior Architect for an opportunity based in Dubai, UAE.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on iconic projects in the region.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead design projects from concept through to completion.
2. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
4. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Western educated with strong hospitality project experience.
2. Strong technical background in design.
3. Experience working on projects in the UAE.

Package expectations are up to 40,000 AED.
