Design Manager

As a Design Manager for the Middle East & Africa region, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design process from concept to execution. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to bring creative vision to life. This role requires strong project management skills, design expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process from concept development to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and designers to understand project requirements.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to design teams.
• Ensure that design projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for production and logistics.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry developments.
• Oversee the quality control process to ensure consistency and accuracy of designs.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in design management, preferably in the Middle East & Africa region.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
