Business Development/Client Contact

Leads the development and submission of proposals for routine, low-risk projects which at times may involve convincing internal and external stakeholders who have a desire to reach agreement; or contributes to the development of proposals for moderately complex projects which may at times involve convincing internal stakeholders who have a desire to reach agreement.

Plus, develops the business by maintaining client relationships and ensuring client loyalty and repeat work through excellent customer service and delivery.
