Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the creative vision for the brand design department, ensuring it aligns with the overall agency strategy and client needs.
- Lead the design team in all stages of the design process, from project inception to final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and strategists to understand client objectives and translate them into impactful design concepts.
- Mentor and inspire a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Oversee design quality and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence.
- Manage design budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies, constantly seeking new ways to innovate and push boundaries.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in design leadership, with a proven track record of success in a brand agency environment.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of brand design, including brand identity, packaging design, and digital design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and user experience (UX) design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers to achieve their full potential.
- Experience in client management and presenting design solutions effectively.
